Scope/Accountabilities of the role:
• Correctly undertake FSI Calculation
• Prepare feasibility report based on the FSI calculation
• Make the cash flow and profitability statement
• Visit the sites for future projects, understand the dynamics of the site, the complications, the litigations etc. till the project is launched.
• Identify projects, keep in touch with the brokers, network to get new projects
• Source business development opportunity regarding Redevelopment, free sale plot etc
• Prepare viability report of the project, price of the flat, what FSI to target, release of units in phase wise
• Thorough knowledge of the DCR rules to finalise cost calculation
• Bidding for tenders, make presentations for the societies, attend society meetings etc
• Design schemes, project viability reports for Bankers / Investors
Competencies/ Key attributes :
• Fluent in Excel, Google Sheet & Powerpoint
• Team player
• Good communication skills
Experience : 20+ years in Real Estate industry and handled multi sites. Should have worked with Mumbai based Real Estate developers

Position report’s to : Managing Director
Business / Function : Sales
Timings : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays.
