Scope/Accountabilities of the role:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content, including blogs, articles, videos, and other materials to engage and educate our target audience.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and more.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including support for sales presentations, collateral, and events.
Measurement and Reporting: Implement metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience :
• Proven experience of around 10 to 15 years in real estate marketing or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have at least 7 years with a Developer Firm.
